Carlos Villafañe, Founder of FROCA Group, is a senior facilities and engineering leader with over 20 years of experience overseeing and stabilizing large, high-liability real estate assets.

His background includes direct operational accountability for a 585,000-square-foot, 23-story commercial property, delivering performance well above operational reliability, risk control, and capital exposure while managing life-safety exposure, deferred maintenance, and capital risk.

FROCA Group applies this same owner-side judgment to deliver senior-engineering-led facility risk and operational condition assessments that help owners and investors understand exposure, prioritize capital, and avoid costly surprises—before risk becomes loss.
